Teachers and Counselors
This semester we ask that teachers fill out classroom aide requests online and send them back to us through email. We hope that this will expedite the process of getting requests into our database and having them filled by students. In order to submit a classroom aide placement simply click the link entitled Placing classroom aide requests. Open the form entitled “Classroom Aide Requests.” Please fill out the form completely by typing into the fields directly or checking the boxes. Placements should last between 1 and 1.5 hours. For each additional placement where you would like a classroom aide, fill out a different form by clicking the black arrows to the right on the bottom of the form. Once all placements have been requested, simply save the file. Email the file as an attachment to AskVisAVis@gmail.com.
