The Fred S. Bailey Scholarship Fund
History
Mr. Fred S. Bailey, for many years President of the Champaign National Bank (now merged into Busey Bank), established a trust fund which would provide scholarships for UIUC students who have demonstrated leadership abilities and commitment to the moral and religious dimensions of life. The fund was established in 1957. It is administered by the University YMCA at the University of Illinois.
How to Apply
Applications are not currently being accepted for the 2009-10 academic year. Applications for the 2010-2011 academic year will be made available on March 1.
