We are now leasing for the summer and fall! For Summer 2023 and Fall 2023, the cost is $490/month for space in a double room and $450/month for space in a triple room. Students may elect to stay over winter and spring breaks. Housing is available for male-identifying students enrolled at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign or at Parkland Community College.

Academic year pricing: $450/mo for space in a triple room OR $490/mo for space in a double room.

Flexible options: Single Semester options available. Perfect for students graduating early, visiting students/scholars, and students studying abroad.
