Tom has been involved with the Y since a graduate student at the U of I, beginning in about 1977 and has served in a variety of capacities, most recently as a Trustee and the Co-Chair of the Executive Director Search Committee in 2020. Previously, he was the Chair of the Board of Governors, the Chair of the Capital Funds Campaign in 2005, and served on the Board of Governors two different times.
