Please join us in welcoming Alex Roche as the University YMCA’s new Director of Development & Membership!

Alex brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience to the Y. Throughout his career, he has united people from different backgrounds and perspectives around a shared purpose: building stronger communities and supporting young people.

He shares our commitment to advancing justice, protecting the environment, promoting interfaith and global engagement, and making democracy work for everyone. In this role, Alex will strengthen our relationships with students, members, donors, and partners who sustain the University YMCA as a unique and vital bridge between campus and community.
