Room Rentals

We offer several meeting & event spaces for rent. You can bring your own food or have our Y Eatery cater your event! Our large and small meeting rooms are perfect for groups of 5 to 250. Hold your board meeting, workshop, wedding, reception, lecture, or resource fair here.

1. Select the length of time for your room rental.
2. Choose between an hourly, 4 hour block, or full day rental. Choose your room. Select the room you want to request.
3. Fill in the details. Provide your contact information and tell us a little about the event. If you need extra chairs, tables, or special equipment like a podium be sure to mention it here.
4. Click the “Request Now!” button. You will receive an auto-generated email and a second email later when your request is approved or cancelled. You may be contacted by a YMCA staff person to confirm the details of your request before your request is approved.

Murphy Lounge & Gallery

Murphy Lounge and Gallery serves the home to the Art @ the Y program. This beautiful first floor space features east facing windows, a fireplace, and rotating art exhibitions. Perfect for receptions, lectures, and large group meetings.

Base Rate: $200 - $250 (plus $50 for set up fee)

Free for our affiliated Student Organizations!
Room Dimensions: 25' x 48' (1200 SF)
Capacity: 60 – 75

Latzer Hall

Our largest event and meeting space is great for weddings, lectures, resource fairs, large film screenings, dinners and performances.

Base Rate: $300 - $425 (plus $50 for set up fee)

Room Dimensions: 35' x 64' (1750 FT)
Capacity: 150 – 225
Free Wi-Fi; Round or Rectangular Tables with chairs provided
Projector, screen and sound system included

Speaker/presentation platform also available.

Board Room

Perfect for meetings and small workshops. This historic space features a large oak conference table and chairs. A wall-mounted screen is available at no additional charge. Air-conditioned.

Base Rate: $50 – $100 (plus $15 for set up fee)
