Y Thai summer hours
Visit our summer Art @ the Y exhibition, THE BLACK GAZE: Portraits of Community through an African American Lens by Dwyane Banks Jr. This thoughtful photography exhibition displays portraits of 30 Black leaders from the Champaign-Urbana community. The work aims to challenge prevailing stereotypes, contribute to the ongoing visual legacy of African American photographers, and help define the meaning of "Blackness" within the context of a small Midwestern town in the early 21st century.
When you visit the exhibition, stay for lunch from the Y Thai Eatery! Enjoy set lunch specials like Pad Thai with toppings and a drink. Vegetarian options are served daily.
